Home pickup for pet cremation
We collect your pet from your home, farm or vet clinic, gently and without rushing you.
How it works
- Call (587) 612-5339. Tell us about your pet, where they are, and what you're looking for.
- Choose your options. Private or communal cremation, and any urn or keepsakes. The price is confirmed before anything is booked.
- Pick a time. Same-day or next-day pickup is often possible in Lethbridge.
- Pickup. Your pet is wrapped and carried out with care. You're welcome to say a last goodbye first.
- Ashes returned. With private cremation, the ashes are returned in about one to two weeks.

Common questions
Do you pick up from vet clinics?
Yes. If your pet died or was put to sleep at a clinic, we can arrange pickup there. Let the clinic know you've made your own arrangements.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Wrap your pet in a blanket and keep them somewhere cool. Have the address and the best phone number ready. If you'd like keepsakes like a fur clipping, take them before pickup.
Can you come to a farm or acreage?
Yes. Rural pickups across southern Alberta can be arranged. They're priced by distance, which is confirmed when you call.
What about large dogs?
Large dogs are carried on a stretcher. If your dog is very heavy or in a hard-to-reach spot, mention it when you call so the right help comes.
